About Us - The friendly HR/Payroll expertsThe Vale of Avalon steeped in history, centred around Glastonbury and set in the mists of deepest Somerset. The place that Arthur ruled from Camelot Castle and sat with his knights at the round table. A place full of magic, where good was done, earning the hard-way the respect of friends, colleagues and peers.

AvalonVale was created in response to the fact that the smaller niche companies who had built their reputations on forming solid relationships with their clients, had grown too big and were becoming increasingly only interested in chasing the larger multi million pound projects.

It was obvious to the original directors, Jayne and Bryan Pritchard, that the small to middle market sector was no longer regarded as important to the big players and more importantly, the relationship between consultant and client was being lost. The personal approach had previously been the driving force of job satisfaction for both the consultant and the client and had ultimately led to many successful implementations. In an attempt to restore the personal touch, the decision was made to create AvalonVale in 2004 and we are proud to say that we have never looked back!

After many successful years concentrating on the SAP HR/Payroll market only, in 2011 the board decided to start to investigate other avenues and since then, we have worked on successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 HR, Ceridian Centrefile Payroll in addition to our SAP projects.

In 2010, we also started to offer solutions in addition to our niche services portfolio. Initially signing up with Ingentis GMBH to offer their range of HR complimentary products (any HR system, not just SAP HR) and then partnering EPI-USE Labs for the sale of their SAP complimentary product suite. In 2014, we signed a partnership agreement for the sale, distribution and implementation of Exelsys HCM. Since early 2015 we also sell Star Professional payroll.
