Post Implementation Review:
As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, AvalonVale are pleased to provide expert consultants to conduct a full review of your HR/Payroll implementation to assess the successes and shortfalls of the solution and its implementation. An overview of the service includes the following components:
- Quality Assurance audit of the HR/Payroll System and processes
- An assessment of the solution and processes against the original project objectives to ascertain if the client achieved their stated aims of the project
- Problem diagnosis, with proposals to offer suitable solutions and recommendations for future improvement
- Independent auditing of all solutions, from proposed design and/or prototype, through to live system
- Fine tuning of system configuration and programs
- Ongoing user education and training
- Enhancements after roll-out
- Ongoing Maintenance and Support
- System Upgrades
Our consultants will spend time with the client team, conducting the review (the time and budget for the review is agreed with the client in advance and various packages and budgets are available for discussion upon request). We review the whole implementation, including people and processes and produce a written report for the client to review with our team before it is finally published. We are then available to work with the client team to help ensure the recommendations from the report are carried out and the benefits of the review are realised.
